Our team includes dedicated weekday office staff, full-time maintenance personnel, an onsite property manager/broker, and an in-house journeyman plumber. This structure allows us to respond quickly, maintain properties to a high standard, and resolve issues efficiently.

Rent Collection
We strive to collect rent in a timely manner and will follow up with late rents and proceed with the eviction process for non-payment of rent, if necessary.
Tenant Relations/Management
We are committed to placing reliable tenants in your investment property. Our thorough tenant screening process evaluates rental references, rental history, income verification, employment history, and co-signers when required.
Repairs/Maintenance
With 24/7 on call maintenance and an in house journeyman plumber, repairs will be done in a timely matter. Tenants have access to their tenant portal which also allows them to submit their maintenance requests
online and submit documentation to show the repairs needed.
Statements
We have always been up front and honest about our statements and bills alike. Once a month, you will receive your monthly statements with everything included. No hidden fees. You trust us with your investment, and in return we want to have an open and honest relationship with our owners.
Move In/Outs
Risa Management will take care of these tasks. We will coordinate all move ins/move outs with the tenant. We will do walk throughs and be in person should there be any questions that arise during the move ins/outs.
Marketing
The best way to fill those empty suites is through thorough marketing. We use all forms of marketing including; social media, our website, Kijiji and rental websites. We have also worked with owners in the past to advertise on local radio stations or the towns monthly newsletter.
